  1. Lightly toast the slices of bread and keep aside to cool down.
  2. Peel the avocado and scoop out the flesh in a bowl.
  3. Add spring onions, lime juice, coriander, green chilli, olive oil and black salt. Mix well.
  4. Spread it evenly on the toasted bread and enjoy
