The crispy outer layer with mushy inside filling, laden with chutneys, sev and bhujia, this snack is just oh-so-delicious!

- 1.To make the potatoes filling, take a bowl, add boiled potatoes, green chillies, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala.
- 2.Mash the potatoes perfectly.
- 3.Now stuff two slice of bread with potato filling.
- 4.For batter, take a bowl, add besan, salt and water. Mix everything. Ps: make sure the batter is thick.
- 5.Now dip stuffed bread slices in the batter and deep fry them until golden.
- 6.Cut the fried bread pakora in 4 equal parts. Place in a plate and pour both chutneys along with curd.
- 7.Sprinkle sev, pomegranate kernels, coriander leaves and chaat masala on top it
- 8.Repeat the same process with the remaining bread pakoda.
- 9.Serve and enjoy
