- First take a mixing bowl, add boiled potatoes, and mash them properly. Now add shredded boiled chicken along with garam masala, salt, roasted jeera powder, kaali mirch, ginger garlic paste, mint leaves, soya sauce and coriander leaves.
- Once done mixing, add chopped green chillies and mash everything again. Refrigerate for 10-15 mins.
- Now, take small portions from the mixture, roll it out and form a tikki like structure.
- Dip the tikki into the beaten egg batter then coat it with breadcrumbs.
- Repeat the same with remained kebab mixture.
- Deep fry all the tikkis and your kebabs are ready
