Microwave Coffee Cake

In this easy to make recipe you don’t need to take various measurements. With just a simple few ingredients, enjoy the deliciousness of a cake in a mug.

Ingredients

• 3 Tbsp Flour
• 2 tbsp Sugar
• 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
• Pinch of salt
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 1 tsp Coffee

Directions

1. Take a mug or a small bowl. To this add, all-purpose flour, icing sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix this well.
2. Then throw in the milk.
3. Keep the consistency thick Now add a bit of coffee and combine.
4. Lastly add vanilla again and then microwave till the cake rises.
5. Take it out to check if it is fully cooked and enjoy
