Tandoori garlic naan is an Indian leavened flatbread made with wheat flour and spiced with exotic taste of chopped garlic and green chillies.

  1. Add the wheat flour, salt, oil and knead the dough with water.
  2. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  3. In a small katori, add butter and heat it on low flame. To this add ginger, chillies and chopped garlic.
  4. Take one part of your dough and roll it out.
  5. Add the butter mixture on your roti and make sure to cover the entire base.
  6. Close and roll the roti once again.
  7. Then on a hot pan bake the tandoori garlic roti. Serve with your favourite main curry dish and enjoy!
