Tandoori garlic naan is an Indian leavened flatbread made with wheat flour and spiced with exotic taste of chopped garlic and green chillies.

- Add the wheat flour, salt, oil and knead the dough with water.
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- In a small katori, add butter and heat it on low flame. To this add ginger, chillies and chopped garlic.
- Take one part of your dough and roll it out.
- Add the butter mixture on your roti and make sure to cover the entire base.
- Close and roll the roti once again.
- Then on a hot pan bake the tandoori garlic roti. Serve with your favourite main curry dish and enjoy!
