- For the salad
- 1.Dip the chopped lettuce leaves in ice water for 1 minute.
- 2.Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.
- 3.Refrigerate all the salad ingredients
- For the dressing
- 1.Break the red chillies into small pieces and blend in a mixer along with 4 tbsp of olive oil and salt to taste.
- 2.Remove from the mixer and keep the chilli oil aside.
